Kim Kardashian's SKIMS Makes India Debut Through Exclusive Reliance Brands Partnership

Mumbai: Global shapewear and loungewear brand SKIMS, co-founded by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede, is making its India debut through an exclusive partnership with Reliance Brands Limited, the companies announced, with first stores opening in Delhi and Mumbai.

Reliance Brands will operate SKIMS across physical and digital channels in India, with a phased rollout planned for additional cities over time. The entry follows recent SKIMS store openings in London and Dubai, with Hong Kong and Seoul launches to follow.

Founded in 2019, SKIMS has built a global reputation for shapewear, underwear and loungewear designed for a wide range of body types, later expanding into menswear. Reliance Brands currently operates more than 1,855 retail doors across India, spanning international labels including Balenciaga, Burberry, Coach and Tiffany & Co.

Isha Ambani, director of Reliance Retail, said the partnership reflected growing demand in India for premium brands that combine aspiration with genuine inclusivity in fit and design.
