Sonu Nigam Buys ₹1 Crore Office Space in Mumbai's Andheri West

Mumbai: Singer Sonu Nigam has purchased a commercial office space in Mumbai's Andheri West for ₹1 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by real estate data platform CRE Matrix.

The 258.33 sq ft office unit is located in the Aston building of the Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road, purchased from Singular Health Private Limited. The transaction, registered on August 6, attracted ₹6 lakh in stamp duty and a ₹30,000 registration fee, taking the total disclosed outlay to roughly ₹1.06 crore — about ₹38,710 per sq ft.

The purchase follows a series of property transactions by Nigam this year, including the sale of multiple land parcels totalling nearly 3 hectares in Karjat across April and May for a combined ₹2.9 crore. Nigam could not be reached for comment on the latest purchase.
