Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Meet Malaysian PM Anwar Ibrahim Over Breakfast in Delhi

New Delhi: Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra met Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim over breakfast in New Delhi on Sunday.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 18th BRICS Summit being held in the national capital. The interaction brought the Malaysian prime minister together with two prominent Congress leaders during his India visit.

Details of the conversation were not immediately disclosed. Anwar Ibrahim is in New Delhi for the BRICS summit, where he has also held bilateral discussions with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on India-Malaysia cooperation.

The meeting between Anwar, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi adds a political dimension to the Malaysian leader's engagements in India as the summit brings together leaders and representatives from BRICS member and partner countries.
